Chain Reaction 2

About:

So Chain Reaction 1 turned out to be a quite fun mobile and desktop game. Since it was made in 4 days the general idea had to be quite small. Chain Reaction 2 isn't a game jam game and therefore has more potential. Though the main game was made in roughly the same time (around 5 days), there are other things planned for the future. Many things changed, including the addition of powerups, multiplayer, a camera following the player since the map size isn't fixed anymore, and many other things.

As usual, made with SFML and C++.

v.1.1.x - Online multiplayer

v.1.2.x - 1st Content update (Shime, dark mode, new powerup, new bg, new track, passive abilities)

v.1.3.x - 2nd Content update (new passive ability, shaders, extended main gameplay, ending of the level)

Controls:

• W to move towards the cursor, S to move backward
• Left click to shoot
• Right click to use a powerup

Controls (Android):

• Virtual joystick to move
• Tap to shoot
• Special button + shoot to use a powerup
