Changes:

-Fixed a bug that allowed the window to be resized

-Fixed a few tutorial bugs

-Added a moving background in the menu

-The game is now a little bit easier

-Added a back arrow to the menu for exit (instead of Esc)

-Added some smoothness to the textures
