Cookies Beta v.1.3

New Stuff:

-fullscreen mode works for every aspect ratio

-completely redesigned the main menu and level select screen

-added options for sounds, music, and fullscreen on/off in game

-added splash screen when loading the game

-your progress saves when beating the levels

-added a few small changes to building and selling

-improved endless mode:

-instead of 1 extra life - 3 extra lives

-max speed of enemies is 3 until wave 30 when it increases to 4

-after wave 150, strong cookies start to appear more often

-after tier 3 upgrades, you can choose between 5 extra lives or 1 extra building until wave 140

Bug fixes:

-fixed a bug where the sell button would stay green when selecting a turret after selecting the sell button
