Last week was Assembly Summer 2025 in Helsinki, Finland, and it was my first time attending the event. At first I wasn't even planning to make a demo for it, but literally one day before the flight I got challenged by my dad to cook something. So essentially I made something in 12 hours that ended up being watched by 100 or so people on a huge screen. Great.

Results

There were two categories I could compete in, either beginner demo or one scene. I planned to submit my creation as a beginner demo but since it was about one minute which is the requirement for one scene, I picked that one instead. I ended up being 11th out of 12 submissions. Also there was way too much bass on their massive speakers.
